There's a lot more to it than that because if they bump up the number for 22/23 at this hearing, that pushes through to last season and could put us in breach then as well (meaning we could get 2 points deductions this season as well), and in turn to this season making it harder for us to avoid breach this season.

It's a pretty important knock on effect so we need to be fighting it absolutely tooth and nail.
