Not sure why they don't drop the appeal now. They will probably get docked more points next year because the money they spent paying lawyers for this appeal put them in violation of the spending rules.

So they managed to have the hearing on 115 charges without anyone else knowing?? And were cleared of all of them.

I would suspect that it has as much factual accuracy as a 777 Group loan application (allegedly)
