This is a mess
Absolutely horrendous. Even with the loss of sponsorship achieving that loss AFTER a significant profit on transfers tells you how awful the underlying numbers are. We are in even worse trouble - PSR wise and as a business- than I thought.

If we are significantly over for PSR the lack of any obvious emergency measures like player sales to reduce the loss before the end of the financial year will really count against us.

And none of those responsible for this gross mismanagement will be around to be held responsible.

We clearly aren't getting a sporting advantage out of any of this though. We made a 47m profit on transfers.

It's massive incompetence but there's no advantage
