They clearly are putting pressure on the Premier League because they know that the league won't want the season to finish and it still not being decided.

It's a hard ball technique and if they fail, they could see additional points added but I think the Prem will keep them on 4

You won`t know the breach even by looking at the accounts this week, I thought everyone knew this.

The PSR calculation is made up of elements not visible in the annual accounts, again it will be best guess and abuse for them that have a go....

Little to no chance of that happening. Bit of a no brainer for them to appeal. Maybe they will drop it if the get some results to pull the away from danger

Absolutely incredible that they’re appealing after the light touch handling they got.

Watch them get another 2pts back, and us left with a 6pt deduction for a much less egregious breach.

SKY Sports reporting it can only be the same or lower.... Yeah that 2 point reduction you have them for being co-operative, that can go back on.

Should be at least the same as what we`ve got or more for a higher breach. No idea what grounds they have!

If it gets reduced there needs to be serious questions asked and maybe court proceedings against the PL by Everton.
