Initial 10, then reduced to 6 + 2 Point Deductions

Arsenal have just published 22/23 accounts showing a loss of 52m. It was 45m loss in 21/22.

So they only have 10m wriggle room by way of a further loss or points reduction coming their way next season?
Those numbers aren’t the ones used for FFP.

They will probably be adding back at least £35 million each season for ladies and youth football as well as community. Then around £10 million for depreciation . In effect they are well within the limits
 
It’s amazing that the first charge stood at all considering the league blatantly screwed up. Can’t see us getting a second charge which would essentially be double jeopardy unless we bend over and take it. I think everyone involved will want to get out of Dodge before this escalates any more.
