What does that mean for the second hearing? Going off the same timescales it would be due to conclude in July. Next season’s fixtures come out in June. It’s completely implausible.

I do think the outcome to this appeal will influence the outcome to the 2nd outcome, potentially speeding up the process, however I can also see a case of it being days before the new season starts and no one knows for certain who will be in the league

Things are so bad with the current state of the premier league, I’m much more focused on the appeal than the actual fixture we play in two days. It’s so sad… I don’t even get excited for games anymore.
