We’ll get points back, more than 2 certainly. No appeal has ever not reduced a punishment this harsh.
Then Forest will lose loads of points for their flagrant violation of the rules.
2nd punishment will just be a slap on the wrists.

But there’s no way we go down. Poor though we are, we are well organised and fight hard. Even if we didn’t get any points back and lost another 5, we’d still be ok

If it’s only 2-3 then we’ll get hit with a second penalty as that is the panel saying you broke the rules but we were a bit harsh. We need all 10 back as that says the original decision was wrong and as our second overspend was probably based on the same logic we should then be all clear.

They worked it out as 6 for the charge and 1 for every 5 mil, so if you accept the Ukraine war is, that’s 10 points back as we go under 105 mil
