Initial 10, then reduced to 6 + 2 Point Deductions

Yes. I don’t want it “changed” to a 6 point deduction. The fact some people would seemingly celebrate that as if it was a win, makes me uneasy.
You're right. It's no equitable win. But, equally it's not a real proceeding.

That's the problem.

We're in this. Like it or not.

It's wild west lawmaking.

Currently minus 10. Minus 6,4,8 whatever, is better.

So, we mustn't celebrate, but we can be happier. It's still not right.

But. As we know from the last two seasons, every point counts.

Especially, with the second "charge" just around the corner.

Masters said in the select committee something along the lines of “whatever the deduction is” after the appeal. Which is shocking given it’s not his decision or role to influence the appeal.

I’m going for 10 back and the second case dropped as the IC agree that the mitigations are allowed therefore making the second case null and void

It’s so frustrating because this should just be one of those boring mid table seasons we have all been desperate for, for the last two seasons.

Yet here we are sitting in the relegation zone and also worrying about a second charge in the same season which could relegate us. It’s horrible what the game has become.

If that happens I think we should have a whip around and hire a plane with a banner that just says
"🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕"
