You're right. It's no equitable win. But, equally it's not a real proceeding.

Currently minus 10. Minus 6,4,8 whatever, is better.

So, we mustn't celebrate, but we can be happier. It's still not right.

But. As we know from the last two seasons, every point counts.

Masters said in the select committee something along the lines of “whatever the deduction is” after the appeal. Which is shocking given it’s not his decision or role to influence the appeal.

I’m going for 10 back and the second case dropped as the IC agree that the mitigations are allowed therefore making the second case null and void

It’s so frustrating because this should just be one of those boring mid table seasons we have all been desperate for, for the last two seasons.

Yet here we are sitting in the relegation zone and also worrying about a second charge in the same season which could relegate us. It’s horrible what the game has become.

It is curious the timing of that piece on Sky today about the new stadium and how much it cost, how it will benefit the surrounding area, create jobs, sustain the club going forward etc. Almost like planting a subliminal message
