I dont want a 10 point deduction.
And we might wanna consider creating chances for our Striker if we want him to score, but thats for another thread.
How many open goals 2 yards out do we need to give him before we can expect him to score one goal?

Some of it will act as precedent though, e.g. the sporting advantage malarkey. If that gets through our appeal they'll be using it again for both us and Forest. Personally I think the rules as they are warrant a range of options as a punishment because of the differences in theoretical ways in which the rules can be broken; I'm not sure it's a power thing. This text, in my opinion, is setting out that this case will not set a precedent and that all future cases will be treated and punished/unpunished on their own merit. It gives the ability for any other gathering to come to a completely different conclusion, with no boundary of range.
There is no fixed formula to be applied: we are required to determine the extent of the culpability, and from that to determine the points deduction. That requires the exercise of our discretion as a specialist panel, and a determination to be made based on all the facts of the case.
yet our results against said team aren't ideal.we could have 10 transfer bans and we would still have a better squad than luton currently have
Any judgement of points deduction should have been voided when the PL recommended their 12 point deduction, to an independent committee. Some of it will act as precedent though, e.g. the sporting advantage malarkey. I remain hopeful that the commission just made a poor decision (or series of) under influence by the Premier League and it'll be righted in the appeal, but it's so easy to be sceptical.
Have you watched Everton much this season?I dont want a 10 point deduction.

A transfer ban is a big deterrent and doesn't undo any results on a football pitch. It might well have a big impact on how a team performs, but the result would still matter and wouldn't be changed after the fact.I dont think a fine or a Transfer ban would act as a deterrent.
In the EFL they take points, so thus a points removal would be a fair punishment.
Given the mitigation and our frugal spending, I would be wanting it suspended.
But no problem.
We've created more than enough for a mid table team tbh.I dont want a 10 point deduction.

12th in the league in terms of XG.We've created more than enough for a mid table team tbh.
The problem has consistently been lack of quality in front of goal and well below average finishing
In fairness Barkley, Adebayo would walk into our team on current form. They are playing like a team galvanised by the heart attack on the pitch. Whether they can keep it up is another thing.we could have 10 transfer bans and we would still have a better squad than luton currently have
No guarantee it eventually turns around unfortunately. A lack of quality is the main reason we don't score enough. Yes there is an element of bad luck at times but also we haven't been good enough12th in the league in terms of XG.
That’s 15 goals lower than our. XG that we’ve scored.
That is almost unprecedented.
The good news is that it’s got to turn better at some point, because this is the coldest of coldest streaks ever.
