In Serbia we had the same guy leading the riot in Genoa, when national team was deducted three points and then again few years later he led the charge on albanian players. We also got deduction of three points.

We have Football Banning Orders here mate. Basically if convicted, you cant go to any matches, and have to surrender your passport for England away games.

Not sure if it actually works if I am honest.

Same here I would guess.

The best way to deal with travelling England fans is for the local police to let the English police accompany the fans. They know the ring leaders, and will sort them out at source.

That didnt happen in Amsterdam......

Not being English means I don't get too concerned about what happens to English fans but there does seem to be a perfect storm brewing for this World Cup Finals. I can see see somebody losing their life for the sake of a football match and it will probably be some innocent fan getting caught up in a mini riot.
