One day it will blow up good style,I have mates that come from India and the hostility they have for Pakistan is sad ,the shop buy them is run by a Pakistani so they travel over a mile to the next shop if that was me everyone would call me racist:lol: I pointed that out to them and they said you don't know them they are evil,so I just changed the subject.trouble is if they have the right weapons they would willingly kill themselves as long as they take the other side with them such is the hatred on both sides ,I Mean I would happily blow Anfield up but not if goodison went as well:lol:

In all honesty, i couldn't give two [Poor language removed].

The world is populated by [Poor language removed] who want to dominate other [Poor language removed].

Let all parties concerned wipe each other out, just don't increase my water rates and i'll be just fine.

I recall an India vs. Pakistan cricket contest several years ago where each team visited the other country.

From media reports (whether they can believed or not...) on the event, both visiting teams were well received by their hosts.

Not that it necessarily means there aren't issues there as there obviously are but does the everyday Joe in Pakistan hate the everyday Joe in India and vice versa?

Just sad really but a business friend of mine is saying many nations are hoarding Silver & Gold due to the rumours of conflict and the future unstoppable inflation.

issues over cashmere are different though as some in india were displaced from what is now pakistan and vice-versa. my grandad was over there in the army dduring the partition, when he was in his 80's he used to tell me about his time there but used to say that they will still be fighting over some of the areas when i am his age.

Gold prices aren't really indicating that though.

That is the conventional wisdom though. That once we get through the credit issues and the gov't stops with the bailout money, that things will improve but inflation will skyrocket.

We shall see.

I'd say it'll be at least several years before we see inflation take hold.

Agreed. We have to see if Bernanke has done the right thing but everyone I talk to says the piper has to play. Conspiracy theorists say the big banks have kept a big short position in gold and silver somewhere in the neighbourhood of 20% to supress the prices.

I'm more worried about what's happening in Gaza to be honest.
This type of conflict just polarises views and opinions as well as radicalising (spell check anyone?) those young men and women who will gladly give their lives for their idealogy.

Sooner or later the acts of terrorism will reach our shores again.

If anyone other than the Israelis did this, the 'west' would be on them like a ton of bricks.
