Good league, dedicated supporters and excellent opportunities for development

Plus, always a big move to Bayern possibly on the cards if you played well enough

Southampton are playing well, but I'll wait to see if they survive the Europa League kiss of death. Also my dutch friend says Koeman never does that well in the second season...

However it seems like their academy has flourished whatever division they are in
