Im going for a 7.5 due to the fact I havent had one in ages, however like spikeman it could change after I sample one tomorrow.
Its a hard question, answers cannot be rushed.

it would depend on the accuracy of the positioning of the wafer in the choc. if you cant nibble down each side then it would score low, however if it contained only 1/2 the length of wafer and solid choc, then it would score high. If this happened with a chunky then it would be hard to knock any points off.

A 6 for me. Of the major chocolate brands around here, Nestle are among the worst (slightly ahead of Hershey's).

If you want an ace chocolate bar, head to the nearest Lidl and try to find a brand called J.D. Gross. They do a 51% (I think..something around that anyway) bar which is the second best I've ever had, and it's cheap. The best ever is Valrhona, but it's harder to get your hands on, and rather more expensive.

Normal - 6
Dark - 8
Mint - 8

Now if they could do one with dark chocolate and chilli we'd be talking of the ultimate food filth kit kat.
