But games like today show me why we won't get in. And to be honest can you imagine us in the Champions League?!

Arsenal got beat by Swansea failed to beat Southampton,Villa,Fulham,Stoke and Sunderland

Spurs where beaten by Wigan and Newcastle and failed to beat Norwich,QPR,West Brom and Stoke

I dont see your point, All 3 teams have dropped points against teams they should beat,We are 3 points behind 4th and I dont see why we are any worse off than Spurs and Arsenal who everyone thinks are a shoe in for 4th

We've drawn 10 games. Won 9. Lost 3.

Winning and 3 points is certainly better than drawing constantly, which we do.

Spurs have a knack of winning games that we draw. Arsenal will no doubt put a run on too.

Our problem is not being clinical. The other two can score goals.

Exactly mate. 'We won't get fourth because we can't beat swansea or wigan'. Arse and spurs both lost to them at home. I think we're in with a very good shout, especially with Gibbo back. Some of the football we've played at times this season has been ridiculous

Basically if the second half form was the same as the first half but with Spurs and Arsenal losing two more than they did this time and us winning a couple more we'll be 4th.

Admittedly I haven't said that in this thread but I have in others. It's the only reason really. We have a great first team but outside that we are a bit meh.

Spurs and Arsenal have depth but are open to the odd crap result. But whereas we bought on Steven Naismith today to try and get a winner, Spurs would have bought on Dempsey and Arsenal Oxdade Chamberlain or someone.

they both may only play 2 more games in europe, definitely in arsenal's case, so that may not have too much bearing. So it may come down to whoever plays the most in the FA Cup between the three. But they should both be tiring when the season draws to a close and hopefully this will be when we take advantage.

think spurs are making a massive mistake by not buying another striker - adebayor has been so gash this season, if defoe gets injured they're ****ed. can't see dempsey leading them to champions league as a lone striker

like others have said its the draws that will kill us, how can spurs be 3 points ahead yet have lost 3 more than us including one of those to us? we cant kill games off thats why we have drew so many times had we had a top class striker this season we would be 3rd right now.
