I dispute it. We simply don't have the culture and mindset of a big club. We're beaten before we step onto the pitch against the likes of City, Liverpool, Spurs.

No pressure and allowed plenty of time in the job. Doesn't guarantee that they will succeed at Goodison just means they have had all the time in the world to build. Equivalent to Moyes tenure here...........plenty of time and no pressure.

Agree with that, but why have all three been successful?

I think there was some pressure and expectation (not least their own).

All three are great managers, and Moyes is free...
