I'd rather have Martinez back

I think @davek has a point.

Martinez wanted to create a long term success, Koeman is all about himself and now.

Martinez appeared to have a clear vision of where he wanted to take the club, albeit that may have been the championship, but at least he had a plan and drive to get us there.

Koeman doesn't really appear to have any long term plan and I reckon he'll chuck a load of money at garbage in January and we'll be having this same debate come the end of the season.

I don't want him sacked yet but I wasn't his biggest fan to start with, overpaid for an average manager with next to no noteable achievements as a manager, and a reputation built purely on his playing days. I never thought I'd entertain the idea of Martinez again, but Koeman has managed to limbo straight under the Martinez bar of crapness, which is no mean feat with his figure.

So yeah, Martinez in.

Think I'd rather have Mike Walker than this dutch clown.

How can one of the finest defenders ever to pull on boots have no idea how to create a solid defensive unit?

It's as bad as it ever was under Roberto.
Can't see this lot getting to 27 points let alone 72.

1 win in 10 in the league.
No identifiable style or pattern to play.
No improvement in over 2 months.
No prospect of it getting better any time soon.
Our one stand out performer so far is off to the AFCON in a couple of weeks.

Yay.
