Iconic song for new stadium

Interesting one this, would be a good idea, ditch Grand Old Team as in the song, and get something new, that dosent in anyway reference LFC but dose reference Liverpool as in the city, since it's ours.
Very apt for the waterfront

Take me down to the "stadium name"
Where the grass is green and the girls are pretty
(Take me home) Oh, won't you please take me home?

I think we should thank Tony Bellew for gifting us his ring arrival tune and stick with that.

Imagine a dark evening kick off, the whole new stadium lit up in blue, 62000 sit silently as the Sky cameras wait the blues entrance to their new stadium
and then them sirens blast out into the sky, you can hear them from the other side of OUR river followed by Z Cars and then that roar
- wetting my pants already!!!!!!!!!!

;):bye::cheers::dance::celebrate::pint2:
There should also be some spectacular sun set shots aswell, let's hope it all comes about and we have a team worthy of it.

The Spinners - Liverpool Judies (a sea shanty with lots of scope for lyrics)

"..Well, now we've arrived back in Bramley-Moore Dock,
And all the flash judies to the pierhead do flock.
Our barrel's run dry and me six quid advance,
And I think it's high time for to get up and dance, singin'

Roll, roll bullies, roll!
Them Liverpool judies have got us in tow."

I like the Game of Thrones theme. Being the same initials as Grand Old Team i reckon we'd get away with any royalties claim.

On the banks of the royal blue mersey
I do hope that on the approach to the new stadium, this line will be prominently displayed, either on the stadium or some wall.

I suspect that it might make a good sign on the exit from the player's tunnel and make a great impression on tv when they have the cameras in there. It'll please us the fans, annoy the rs, and let the neutrals know who run this town football wise.
