Liverpool got 8,000 tickets, should have had 9,000 but it got reduced due to safety reasons (don't know what these reasons our, that just what the fella on the radio said).

probably to do with their horrendous reputation that requires more police numbers.

Chelsea vs Spurs in the league kicks off at 5:30 on Sat Mar 8! If that stays like that, Ars vs EFC won't kick off then.

As for Everton's chances at Arsenal, simply look at the December match - gave a good account of ourselves and the res no reason it can't be repeated, especially with us taking a whole load of fans down there.

We're not in the form we were then though, are we? Be nice to see us playing like that again down there, but it seems a distant memory at the moment.

Perhaps not, but form is temporary.

Quality is, err, less temporary but you know what I mean.....
lol

I can see it being another 12:45pm kick off, Alan, on the Saturday. Especially with Arsenal playing Bayern a few days later on the Tuesday. Police, tv and Arsenal themselves will all want the game played at 12:45pm I reckon.

I just hope Arsenal get a good result vs Bayern this Wednesday night in the 1st leg, as if they have something to fight for in the 2nd leg, and the tie is still in the balance, it might have a big effect on how Arsenal prepare for the game vs us (potentially helping us).

Thing is mate arsenal arent in the same form either, and with thrir games upcoming its gonna take another massive effort by them to stay in it, can see us doing them over tbh, they put a massive amount into today and tbh were lucky :D to get the result vs a rs team thats not been great away from home.

Rs, Bayern, us, bayern, spurs... Out of those 5 games i know which ones the is the likiest to see a big dip in performance as their not a good or deep enough squad to get up for them all

Yeah.. tbf Arsenal's season usually implodes at this time of year too. Fingers crossed eh?

Can see it happening again, and the bayern games a wuerd one, uf they do well first leg then their focus will be all on the return game and will probably be a draining game to have got their result.
If they get hammeted first leg and their out of it effectively can see them being unable to get the morale back and going i.to the gane vs us feeling sorry/shattered confidence as they start panicking about another season collapsing.

Going by the capacity at the emirates, we should get about 10,000 tickets but I bet we don't.
In the good old days we'd have got 15,000, and we'd have sold them all. Someone on Radio Merseyside said the RS only got 5,000 or so , but it looked many more than that.
