Player Valuation: £40m
Say we have an amazing season, finish in the top 4 and win the fa cup. Barcelona then offer Roberto the manager's job and, after much soul-searching, he decides it's too good to turn down.

Meanwhile Moyes has been sacked by Man U after finishing outside the top 6.

Would we have him back?

No way whatsoever on toast.

Would have had him back in 10-15 years before he left. With how he's treated the club and fans since he left, no way. Maybe he'll atone in time, but we're a long way away from that.

the amount of moyes talk needs to die down a bit. i understand some of the threads(and im not taking a shot at this one either) but it just seems its been too prevalent here lately..
Its borderline obsessive....

talked about when he first arrived, talked about when he was our saviour, talked about when things were his fault, talked about when we were ****e again, talked about when he saved us again, talked about what he could do with a shoestring budget, talked about on his departure.............. blah blah blah............ we've changed manager, immediate impact, cracking results, legit challengers for honours it seems, playing cracking attacking and all round football, cracking players that want to play for the club, exciting times for an evertonian and something we really all haven't felt for quite a while

Yet we still talk about him, why ? I just don't get it. We have plenty other things to talk about

That's a very hypothetical question.

In answer to the question 'though, he should be invited to a job interview, at an appointed time, at Goodison. He should then be made to stand outside Goodison to await an announcement regarding his job interview. BK should then read that announcement to the assembled masses. Something along the lines of, "Get *ucked".

Moyes shouldn't be allowed in Goodison ever again, including the up coming utd game.

The man is a complete fraud.

Certainly by then we would have a huge selection of young exciting managers to try out, right?
Michael Laudrup? Solskjear?
And no, NOT AVB!

Also, if you heard RM speaking at the Followtonian interview.
He'll not join Barca because:
1) He's a Zaragoza fan
2) He wants a club that supports him back, not those backstabbing politics that we see that the money clubs, particularly Barca
3) We're pretty much the biggest club that gives him everything he needs to succeed
4) He's pretty loyal to all the clubs he's at so far and certainly see a great future at the club
5) He's the current headmaster of the School of Science. How can there be a better position out there?
