The best season was when Prost and Senna raced in the same team (McLaren) and they won 15 of the 16 races between them. Great racing. It is what the sport needs.
 

the '88 season. and if i remember correctly the one race they did not win was when senna was tripped at monza lapping a ferrari.

the best thing about mclaren is that they let their two guys race and build up good honest dislike for each other. the problem with schuey was he never was pushed from within the team.

OR.. Put more emphasis on the team win rather than the individual?

They didn't appeal for alonso, but did appeal against the constructor points ban, I assume you are meaning the barrichello schumacher incident, that was dodgy as [Poor language removed] but if it was in the rules then why not.
