How's Moyes feeling now.

I find it really sad how people speak about Moyes now. Moyes deserves a lot of respect for what he did for this club when he was manager. Let's not forget without him everton may not be in the position we are now. Every window it was mostly a sell to buy policy. With hardly no investment he turned us from a team battling relegation to a team who got in to the champions league places. We are sounding snobbish now because we have a bit of money. I didn't like the way he conducted himself when he was United manager but he deserves respect for what he did for us.

Whoever replaced Ferguson was on a hiding to nothing. Ironically it needed someone like van Gaal or mourinho who have managed at the biggest clubs in the world and are aware of the demands and pressure it brings to take on such a challenge, not Moyes.
The united experience has really affected him I feel and his last two jobs (sociedad and Sunderland) I feel have tarnished slightly his managerial reputation.

I'd probably have to point my finger at Kenwright more than Moyes to be fair.

Whilst I strenuously do not agree with how Moyes conducted himself over his last 18 months, you feel things may have been different if Kenwright hadn't persisted in telling him "he had a job for life in our club" (paraphrased to an extent).
If you're in work, you strive to over exceed, you strive to beat targets, you strive to succeed.
Why did Moyes have to? The media adored him, Kenwright adored him, and after years of us being told "knife to a gunfight", "miracle were even in top half", and so forth, Moyes had the easiest job in football, the fans were broken, had given up, and we were getting sub 30,000 attendances.. as little as 4 seasons ago!

Whilst I'm extremely grateful for all he done for us, he transformed us, and took us from Gareth Farrelly and John Spencer, to Yakubu, Cahill and Arteta.

But ultimately, I'll look on his reign as poor, 11 years was it? No trophies, no wins at Anfield, or any other the other big sides (a fear we still hold today, when it comes to the pit!), and the most sickening of all, was the bottling of the 2012 Semi Final. The worst Liverpool team for going on decades, and he sits back for extra time, and even tries to bring hibbert on at 92' before they scored.

So negative. Not missed. Glad to see him fail miserably.

You reap what you sow, he actually couldn't have behaved any worse after leaving us, if he had shown even the slightest bit of decorum when he left he might be afforded more appreciation from Evertonians.

Belittling a club he spent 11 years showed his lack of class, still can't believe he went out of his way to upset Everton fans when there was really no need.
