Would have been disapointed if that shot that hit the bar would have went in, also thought he was crap for the first goal, it was straight at him with not too much pace on it.

How could he have done any better? It was from 6 yards out and did have pace on it. The only way he could've saved it is if he was standing still and it just hit him.

Adebayor could not have gave him a better chance of saving it if he would have hit it anywhere else,it was straight at him. Im not saying it was his fault for the goal but it was hardly an impressive effort at saving it,granted it was only 6 yards out.

There was pretty much nothing he could've done to save the first goal. Once Distin had missed it it was going to take a miracle.

It went through his legs and they're always massively difficult shots to save as you can't get down to them and you can't stick a leg out either.

Thought he did well yesterday.

Came and took a few crosses cleanly which helped with them having Adebayor up front.

He's still too slow with his distribution and doesn't talk though he was blameless yesterday.

He saved a couple of decent efforts though and kept a clean sheet against Arsenal at their ground. That's all you can ask really. Not much to do but he did it when needed.

He's just not making really really bad attempts at saving things so is being his usual self : thats a decent top half of the Prem level keeper.

He deserves a bit of credit does Tim lately.

I was critical of him earlier in the season but he's been excellent recentley. The double block from Sturridge being an especially fine bit of goalkeeping.

Agreed, since January he's really stepped up. Even goalkeepers can have spell's out of form.

He's been an excellent signing for us and makes some very special saves. The look out for his eventual replacement needs to continue but he's still got miles left in the clock!

We still need a young replacement for him, but he was fantastic yesterday as he has been for a while. Well in Tim.

I would LOVE Itumeleng Khune of Kaiser Chiefs to come in and give him competition.
Brilliant shot-stopper and distributor.
But really did appreciate Tim's performance yesterday.
