Howard Out?

Think we should take a nice long break this season, as it's effectively over after today's result. Getting fired up for the 2011-2012 season. I'm confident we can make an impact then.

His english is good enough to play, probably he won't be able to write a poem yet, but he should be able to command defenders.

I remember Distin saying that Jags told him to "kick it home" once. He didn't know whether he wanted him to blast it up the pitch, or give it to the keeper. It's that kind of thing that isn't helped by a language barrier. To overcome it, you need to have a lot of time together to gel. Mucha hasn't had that yet.
 

I'd lol at anyone seriously suggesting Howard be dropped for one mistake today.

Infact i'd climb aboard the lollercoaster and take a ride in the lollercopter.
 
I like Howard, he has his flaws though, but over all he has been a solid keeper, every keeper is allowed a mistake.

If i ever had a chance to sell him and buy Hart though i would instantly!
 
Much though I hate to write anything that might agree with Ghost, Howard does get wound up by people winding him up (if that's not a tautology). If you want to fluster Howard, then station someone right in front of him at every dead ball, jump into him and take the fouls on the chin, and take the chances when they come (see Blackburn away last season and Mr Dunn).

But I would (currently) rather have him than the hero of the Slovakian amateur dramatic scene.

Put Turner in. Howard cost us the goal, and Mucha was in the squad that lost to Blackburn and ruined our season/lives. Turner in. Actually no, he is part of Everton football club who lost to Blackburn ruining our season/lives. Buy back Ruddy.

How was it unlucky? It would have been unlucky if a pidgeon flew onto the pitch and knocked the ball out of his hands. Dropping the ball because you're too cool to use two hands isn't bad luck, it's just ******* [Poor language removed].
 
Okay 1 mistake and people say it cost us the game. Did it? How about the crap play from the team for the rest of the game.

Having said that in the WC howard did make mistakes which cost the USA.
