How much would ronko signings be worth today?

My opinion:

Gueye - £40m
Keane - £30m
Williams - £5m
Rooney - £10m
Klaassen - £25m
Sandro - £15m
Martina - £6m
Schneiderlin - £30m
Lookman - £15m
Pickford - £30m
Yes and we got 75 million and myster add ons for our leading goal scorer making those estimated figures well out!

Lending a little thought toward the -200% depreciation: I suppose it is possible. Say you bought an asset for $100 and it lost 100% of value. It's now worth zero. But there may be remaining outgoings on the asset (eg if it were a commercial property investment and there were continuing rates due on it...you might pay someone to take it off your hands i.e it's literally become a liability)

It's an unusual scenario though
Paying 6 million to get rid of CUCU is a bit steep!lol

Ignoring this summers signings I'd say Gana is now worth about £50m and Lookman may have doubled in value but the rest would either be the same or less in Williams case. The difficult one to judge is Calvert-Lewin, be basing any value totally on potential as wasn't even a star player in the World Cup in summer despite scoring the winner in final.

Sorry mate.. but are you forgetting that we signed Pickford and Keane THIS window.. by signing for Everton and playing 3 or 4 competitive matches has tripled their value immediately? I mean a player value always goes up and im sure they will prove their worth.. but too early to be tripling their price tag lol

Sandro is a 20mill player this window and was good business with his release clause.

Gueye also great business and is probably valued over 40million by us now.

Lookman again also looks worth 20mill+ so a great investment and hopefully goes on to do big things for us.
Agree - and i think some of these figures are somewhat exaggerated.
But we bought early, and since then the Neymar thing has happened resulting in idiotic money being thrown towards Coutinho - who, although above average, is nowhere near the Bale / Lukaku type figures. There has been a sudden inflation caused by clubs unwilling to sell, and monied clubs willing to shake their wallets.

Those prices are way out, Gueye would be worth more but no one would pay that price, he's good but outside of our club most other people have no idea what he actually brings to us.

Some of the others may cost a bit more due to now having a longer contract, but Pickford, Klaasen, Sandro and Rooney would not go for more, if they were worth more someone else would have paid it.

The market has gone crazy since we bought the majority of our players. The fact Keane only had a year left on his contract also boosts his value now...plus if jonny evans is worth 30M

Mad to think that £13.5m in today's market is probably the right amount of money for Niasse now. 18 months ago it was the embarrassing transfer in the history of the club.

With respect Sandro is worth more than we paid because of the release clause. How much? We have no idea as yet. Gana has certainly increased in value and was a bargain but a value is dependent on demand.

Williams down because of age. The others are probably the same. Siggy possibly slightly less as we were the only ones willing to pay that although apparently Leicester were sniffing around.

We'll lose money probably on Schneids and Siggy if we ever sell, but they both improve the team and by extension potentially increase the value of other players. Rooney is a commercial signing.

If its correct we will trade players to increase turnover and therefore grow I suspect that the club are looking at Pickford, Keane, Gana, Lookman and Sandro as potential future sales as well as the youth.

We as fans look at them at stalwarts for the future.
