Anything could happen next week. We could be in for a massive ride with 3-4 quality signings, but we could also be in for a big disappointment without nothing much except the odd low-profile recruitment.

For me, I reckon there´ll be some fireworks at Finch farm on deadline day. I believe this because targets seem to have been using us as a reserve this summer, in case the preferred Champions league suitor does not appear. There´ll be no more of that on the final day.

However, might also be that we´ll simply decide to settle and wait for January.

Not like we're rebuilding one now mate. We've hardly brought anyone in. Looks like that Lucas kid is now off to Arsenal

We are rebuilding there is no doubt about it, this is one of the biggest rebuilding I have seen at Everton for a long time.
I guess you could say that adding to the squad could be deemed as rebuilding, call it what you want but we need patience and we need to trust the manager.

As for Lucas we all know people will pick CL football and London ahead of us
We all need to realise we have money but we are still not a fashionable club yet, we need to build to get to this point
