£45m
Plus any other funds we can raise from selling Kone, McCarthy, McGeady etc.We will spend the money from stones sale only
Hope you're right Matty, but again, all we have so far are fine words, Fulham's reserve keeper and a stalled plan to paint the ground.Again people thinking we need to sell to buy we don't. But if we do ( sell )it will just give us more to spend.
Sorry to say it, but people in here who think we're gonna spend the Stones money and then another 50-100 mil on new players are in for a massive disappointment.
Most likely we'll spend about the same as we get for Stones divided over 3-4 players and that will be it.
Just look at what was printed in the echo this morning; Everton interested in strenghtening the attack and still considering whether to bring in additions for midfield. Does that sound like a club that's gonna spend 150 mil £ over the next 5 weeks?
Don't want to be a pessimist but I think we've been taken for a ride over the last months and I'm tired of it.
Good point, but we're also just over two weeks away from our first game and well into the preparation period for the new season. Surely it would be better to have players now rather than four or five games into the season.3 weeks into the transfer window and you're tired of it? You seem the patient type.

Unless, Koeman/Moshiri have decided to go with what we've got?
You're right - trying to be patient after so much hype is proving to be far more difficult than I ever imagined.Sure it would be better but I don't see why it's like Defcon 1 on here. The problem I think is during the season 3 weeks zips by whilst in pre-season every day feels like a month long so each day with no news is just breaking people.
