Not at all in this market...it is what it is. Wrap your brain around 10-15 mil equaling 25 mil...then let go.
At his best he was a monster as a DM...his age and best ability still have value in the market.
Would love for him to get back to his best...in hindsight he papered over a lot of cracks in the set up in his first season by covering what seemed like everything. I can't remember how many times I was floored by his last ditch tackles in places you'd never expect him in that first season.
We love to devalue our players for some odd reason. Ibe was just sold for 15 mil ffs from them. Kone actually scored 7 goals for us last season.
Hate seeing long timers play this card against a long timer. Pisses me off a little...the both of you are part of the fabric of this place. Build a bridge and get over whatever is conflicting you...please. For all of us, who really enjoy the both of you.
