Around 800 I suppose, taking into account that I don't do many aways and missed a huge number in the Wilderness Years (1992-2005). I probably only saw us play 15 times in those seasons (lucky eh?). Didn't miss a home game from around 1985-1992 though.. and only about 12 missed in the past 11 years at home. So, I dunno..
I can categorically state though that I've only been switched off for about 7 games in nearly 50 years. Those being games I couldn't get an update or radio/text details. One would be a home game against Sheff U (1-1) early 70s when I was in an isolation ward. Another would be 1975 home to Burnley (1-1) when I made the huge mistake of agreeing to go to the theatre (it was Grand National Friday night). Another would be the relegation decider vs Coventry when I was flying back from Italy. I boarded with us 1-0 up and the next 2 and a half hours were the longest I can remember...so in fact all 3 were 1-1 draws..
In 1975 we lost the home opener 1-4 to Coventry - which I went to - then I was in India for nearly 3 weeks. That was total agony because, back then, you couldn't get any real news from Britain. The only hint I had was that Stoke had lost 1-0 at home to Man U (IIRC) so, when we landed back from India I was able to somehow work out (all the) scores with this thread of information. Fortunately we'd won 3 and drawn 1 to go 4th which was a lot better than I had imagined after the opening day screw up.
