The only day I have my dinner at around 2 pm. Usually around 9.00 pm. I eat my weekly quota of veg (with roasties) on a Sunday. I'm usually comatose for the rest of the day.

Cauliflower cheese. (Roasties as well)

Made some cauliflower cheese soup last week, bloody lovely. You can also do it with broccoli.I made it without garlic, used mainly chicken stock and a little milk. Don't stint on the cheese though !
