Normally I prefer them fried but every now & then I love spaghetti on toast with a couple of poached eggs, could murder that now actually because I haven't had it for ages

Poached or scrambled. I have perfected scrambled eggs into a nice, creamy thick sauce - rather than watery polystyrene.

Fried eggs make me yip.
