Nah I mean I use a little 1 cal spray first, drop them in, bit of salt, pepper and chilli flakes on top, then stick them in.

You have to do a bit of trial and error on the duration though to keep the yolks runny.
That's what we'd call oeufs en cocotte. Put stuff in with the eggs, cheese, ham, smoked haddock, pour a little bit of cream on top and into oven. Another level. ;)
 
Scrambled. Bit of butter melted in the pan on lowest heat of the big ring. Crack 3 eggs in, whisky it all up and let it cook slowly stirring every 30s. Untill they're soft. Salt and pepper them. Then turn off the heat. Cover the eggs. Serve with toast of choice.
