Keane struggled with Vardy on Saturday.
To be fair he wouldn’t be the first CB to struggle with VardyKeane struggled with Vardy on Saturday.

Especially when playing a high line at Leicester. I thought him and Zouma did well, Vardy only got in the one time and Keane did enough to put him off and not foul him, which I thought was gonna happen. To be fair he wouldn’t be the first CB to struggle with Vardy

If Mina doesn't replace Keane,Silva needs trepanning.Gomes walks straight in ahead of Davies. Not sure how Mina gets in now without an injury to either Keane or Zouma.
They are defenders and no width ahead of them
They both work better with a proper winger in front of themThey would be used almost as wingers in the 352 system but have to track back.
Our centre mids have shown that styles can make a partnership greater or less than the sum of its parts. Who is to say that Davies wouldn’t thrive alongside Gomes? Or that Gueye wouldn't be pap playing alongside him?
Davies is part of a winning midfield atm so I’d vote to leave it as is until that stops being the case.
Just wondering what everyone thinks, I can’t wait to see these guys but things seem to be coming together for the current team. Can they even get in?
The obvious choices for me would be Davies and Keane. Difficult though as Tommy puts so much effort in and Marco seems to like him as captain. Keane is also finally starting to deliver (ish) and Kurt is only on loan so maybe he should drop to the bench if he is leaving to allow us to develop. Long term partnership. I guess the sensible suggestion would be to keep things as they are until someone’s performances drop off and stick them in then?
That's a bit premature.
We have won 2 games and he has been suspect in both. (and substituted)
