I'd go with Philips sitting and then 2 of either Foden, Mount or Grealish in midfield. Rice, Henderson, JWP all not good enough.

In reality that squad has quality all over the pitch, a better manager takes that side and turns it in to a deadly counter attacking unit. The problem is trying to shoe horn a clearly out of form slow Harry Kane in to the side and wanting the play to go through him.

St Kitts are currently ranked 139th in the world. Seems a weird choice for a comparison.

Although, it seems I underestimated England and they are currently ranked 4th, not just top 15.

It isn't a comparison more a "no crap England are better than 170 of those countries it would be embarrassing to not be." Means nothing.
