...Martin Dwyer, the Evertonian jockey picked out the winner on the racing programme at 10.00 this morning. Backing favourites at that price is a sure way to the poor house.

Lucky 15 so not really mate! Would have been considered a strong Derby contender before that. If barney Roy gets the distance I think he'll win or be thereabouts

..not been impressed with any of the Derby trials to date. I think Barney Roy might need to be supplemented but don't quote me on that. Perhaps we haven't seen the Derby winner in the last few weeks, need to watch York next week.

...the GOT horse Benbatl runs in the Dante today. After the withdrawal of the favourite it's as low as 7-2. Price wise selected it this morning, I took the 8-1 last week but I'm interested to see if it gets the trip. Mont Kiara mentioned to me for the 2.20 but it's not got the best of draws and I'm not sure if it will appreciate the softer going.
