…ha, ha. Managed a winner last week but that was the first in a while. The one I did this morning is a non-runner but they quickly added the £5 to my a/c which is very good.

Plenty of proper racing now with the Festival in mind, Jet Powered very impressive yesterday but Facile Vega hasn’t been seen yet. The ‘win today & Cheltenham’ markets are interesting me.
Yeah I tried that but nothing... Nevermind.
Will definitely need more then 2 miles anyway but not a bad run
…Mullins said yesterday he thought Gowan Park might be a little tight for him but it’s their local course & he wanted to get a run into him. We’ll know more next time but I think he could be very decent this time next year when we see him novice chasing.
Constitution Hill looked mighty impressive at Newcastle & is now odds-on for Champion Hurdle. Terrific seeing these fine horses out.
….did Le Milos @ 150-1 to win today & the Grand National but didn’t put a penny on him to win today. I did the same a few years ago with Cloth Cap who went off favourite for the GN but didn’t get around. Doh.

….around this time last year I advised Facile Vega for the Champion Bumper @ 25-1 before he’d seen a racecourse, he romped in & is now a very short-priced favourite for the Supreme.
I’m not suggesting Nick Rocket is the 2nd coming, but he won his Point-to-Point in fine style. He was expected to be campaigned over hurdles but Mullins has entered him for a Bumper over Christmas. Not certain he’ll go down that route but the 50-1 for the Champion Bumper with 365 cash-out is worth a couple of quid interest.
