Horse Racing

….Gigginstown (Michael O’Leary) are pruning their interest in NH racing. They predominantly have their horses with Gordon Elliott but I’m hearing they’ve sent a couple of novices to Willie Mullins, which is very unusual.

One of these is called Shanbally Kid who won his only Bumper in good style, beating a few well thought of types with Mullins and de Bromhead. It’s pure guesswork whether the horse is good enough to run at Cheltenham but he’s one to put in your diary.

50-1 Ballymore and Albert Bartlett with 365 (cash-out available), 16-1 to win any race with Hills.

…ha, ha my concentration is on the Cheltenham festival, I don’t keep my ear to the ground for flat racing. I had a little e/w bet on one in the Ayr Gold Cup today, but I’ll Chuck my £5 on whatever Rob Wright or Paul Kealy naps in the morning.
Let me know. I'm too lazy to look ?

….Rob Wright’s nap is Animate in 4.15, Paul Kealy’s Motagally in the 15.40 Ayr Gold Cup. Animate is a relatively short-priced favourite, Motagally is 12-1 in a cavalry charge race. Animate a more sensible option but I put mine on Motagally. Neither are tips, just selections from blokes I like.

….free £5 tomorrow with 365.
Thanks for the heads up. Unfortunately not for me. Once more they are sore at me for winning a few quid a few weeks back it seems lol

Took advantage of the 365 bet boost at the PGA Wentworth on Rory and Lowery dual forecast, first and second either order, at a whopping 125/1. Up from 75/1. Considering they were both on blob and maybe wanted to sock it to the LIV boys looked worth a small poke.

Had a £5 on (not free bet) and won £315. Well it would have been £630 but for that big lump Jon Rahm getting eagle on the 72nd hole thus tieing Rory :(

Still, an unexpected win, almost miraculous in fact :D

Really fancy Tenebrism 4/1 5.00 longchomp, quite obvious doesn’t stay a mile but 3/3 over shorter distances, got better draw over Kinross, gets 6lbs and won’t mind the soft/heavy surface.
