Doesn't that limit your choice when buying club stuff? Any reasoning behind your comments?
It's shit.
Kenwrong cant do anything right. ****ing [Poor language removed].
They're all fake, just because they look like the real deal in sports direct makes no difference. Having had a stint in Trading Standards a few years ago, when the Herritage market was in full flow, you find may items look genuine. The problem is with the manufaturer and their lack of controls. They'll go as cheap as possible for manufacturing purposes and then moan that their stuff is being copied.
Perfect example was when I was in a meeting with the Prada Europe; they openly admitted that there cheaper shoes are manufactured in countries like Thailand, China etc. The mould arrives at the manufaturing company, and for every 100 genuine shoes that are produced, another 50 are produced (off the same production line) that end up on the black market. The difference being serial number of such that is embossed onto the genuine ones.
Its 100% possible that the England, Everton and Barcelona kits have come off the same production run as the genuine ones; i'd have a guess and say that the authentication number located on the tag will be the same for every Everton Kit prodcued
When I said it's not "fake", I was meaning it looks like it's real. Obviously it's not the complete real deal, but I'm not paying £40 extra just so I can say "oh I brought this from Everton Direct or Nike's website", bollocks to that!!
I don't like purchasing shirts off eBay or sites like this one, but at the end of the day, if football clubs rip off fans, then what do they expect? £50 is a disgrace for any team, yet alone a team who's not even in Europe.
I'll be doing the same with the away and 3rd kit too. If it was £30, then I would've happily spent £90, but £150 for 3 shirts?? Joke.
I'm in tears here.
