For me he's the best captain in Premier League history. The big three are him, Keane and Viera. Happily for him though he's leaving City seemingly on his terms and on the back of a gigantic high whereas the other two were forced out.

Hope to see him managing here again one day, or at least trying his hand at punditry. Such a classy, articulate and fine man.

Did not play his football at the sewerage farm, this automatically rules him out of a punditry roll, unfortunately !!
