To be fair they were all brought in for relatively low fees in todays market and sold at a profit, which is what the Chelsea's, City's etc do. Actually good business even though we would all like to see them play for us.

Good. Too bad he couldn't get a work permit - he could have been a good 4th winger. But since we can't use him, get the money and move on while there's still time in the window to spend it. Solid business.

A daft signing and it looks worse every year. Clearly either Walsh didn't do his homework to be sure the player would get a work permit, or just didn't understand the system.

He did get a pretty major injury at a bad time. Without that he could have got his game time.

It's not that daft a signing as we should make a profit on him regardless and it's not like he is rubbish either.
