This is a player in entering the last year of his contract therefore there is a deal to be had but I’d have thought £11-12m would have been a better valuation.

Low offers tend to build up value using addons. If we are adopting a model of selling developed stars then we need to drop the addons and put the weight of the purchase at the front

Yeah but there is a club that was just that was 90mins away from the biggest payday in Football

What can borough do with 10/15m that can replicate Hackney's importance last season.
the loss of that money is peanuts compared to value of promotion.

….i don’t think I recall literally everything being as ‘doom and gloom’ as it is on here at the moment and I honestly don’t see the reason.

It’s early part of a journey into a new ground with new owners after a lengthy period of turmoil. I know I’m alone in thinking we’re moving in the right direction but virtually every thread is septic.
