cheers as ever fox. was not concerned of him going in this window as deep down i didn't think this could happen. he's a £30m player all day long to me, but didn't think the club would value his release clause as low as £7m profit. would you be able to confirm that he does actually have a release clause?

Lads, there have been stories about him going to Chelsea for YEARS. There have been stories about his release clause for YEARS. All this media bulls**t is just an example of them whipping up sports news out of already existing stuff.

'Oh, he has a release clause apparently, and he's been really good this season, and Chelsea have shown interest. Run with that story lads'

Just stop buying into it.

Fellaini has stated in the press that he would be quite happy to see out his contract at Everton, so he's not exactly trying to manufacture a move.
