I don't think that negativity about Meghan Markle is primarily driven by racism and that motive is only held by a minority of people.

I'd be absolutely shocked if some elements of society weren't racist.

Here's the thing though, I'm pretty sure that being racist in print is illegal. If there is something explicitly racist then sue.

I don't think the press have been racist with Meghan, i think they don't genuinely don't like her because she doesn't conform to the expected behaviours they wanted from a member of the Royal family.
