Does seem strange but I guess he’s easiest to drop from the squad when the bench is full.

These are the kind of situations that do my nut in, spend half the season watching Preston, then watching him start for us, then see him moved to the wings, and now off the face of the earth..

Whatever is going on, he's a local lad and should of been in the squad today..

Next summer is the big one, either set up a plan for him to play regularly for us especially if in Europe, if not then a loan of Coventry under lampard makes sense
