2025/26 Harrison Armstrong

Nobody is arguing it isn't the case. The problem is with it being used as a dismissal of a valid opinion. He might as well have said 'no way a man would say that because they always make sense to me'.
It's a pathetic way to disagree with someone, and is clearly sexist, biological differences notwithstanding
As I said I didn't see that part of the conversation and you're right it is pathetic in that context. I am humbled

Look at the bench we had tonight. There's no guarantee that Gana or Ndiaye comes back fit. There's no guarantee that we won't get more injuries.

He's had a great half a season at Derby, hes had a great half a season at Preston. We're short in a number of areas and this bulks up our squad. He's ready for Everton now, even if people think he'll only get 10 minutes here and there, I swear there'll be games he's needed for longer. If we are 2 up against a side, wouldn't it be great to rest Garner, Gana or Tim or Rohl and he comes on for 15 minutes.

Jesus, this has turned into Mumsnet. It’s a completely common turn of phrase for someone over reacting to something. It’s not insulting or offensive to anyone with half a brain cell or a constitution stronger than tissue paper.

I assume this is because of the Alcaraz injury / situation

Is it necessary though as we still have tim, garner and rohl who did well last night

Maybe it’s just to give us more options as players are going to get tired and we will need to rotate more during this busy time
Wouldn’t be surprised to see him in the advanced midfield role with Rohl just being back from surgery, new to the league and a history of injuries. Need the competition for places too
