Wonder why he flopped at Spurs; he’s the Matt Le Tissier of modern day football. At least Le Tissier knew he found his niche at the saints. Should have stayed at Swansea and lapped up the praise because he’s awful at a bigger club

eh? Le Tiss was world-class...from the English players of similar era only the younger Gazza was as good

Gylffi Sigurdsson is a good Premier League footballer. We knew exactly what we were getting when we bought him, albeit at an over inflated price. If there was ever a player whose ability and inability was well known it was him.
The problem is that we bought a player who we knew exactly what he could do and we try to get him to do something else.

Nobody is performing well in this squad. Sigurdsson getting slated because he cost the most but not his fault the team are gash and he's playing out of position. Some of these shouts that he was at his level at Swansea are laughable.

He was playing in his preferred position today and he was still crap

He's not creative in open play.

His weak mentality fits right in. I’d honestly give him back to Swansea now if I’m honest, consider it a short loan worth £45m
