as for random frenchies who've played over here... what about Christophe Dugarry - the former milan(?) player at birmingham.
He was decent to be fair.
Didnt Fulham spunk about £11million on a french striker who was GASH?

Marlet, one of my first sallies.

Classic Rebrov effect there. He was part of a boss partnership with Drogba and Fulham picked the wrong one. Without Didier he looked half the player.

I was saving up Bellion, Dindane, Utaka and Prunier too.

Funnily enough one of my gash players I was thinking of using (Cisse) brendan used as one of his good.

Remember his first (or one of his first) game over here? Ran riot, looked like Cristiano Ronaldo and Messi rolled into one, terrorised the defence with his pace - and then promptly did his best Bakayoko impression ever since.

I always get Djorkaeff and Dugarry mixed up. I swear they're the same person.

Karembeu deserves a mention in awful french players if only because Phil Neville style he has a more impressive medal collection then any other footballer in the world.

Won everything you can win.

"Everton have opened talks with Paris Saint-Germain over a potential January move for Guillaume Hoarau.

The 28-year-old striker joined the big-spending French outfit from Le Havre back in 2008 but has fallen way down the pecking order in recent months and does not feature in boss Carlo Ancelotti’s current plans.

The front man will fall out of contract in the summer, and the Toffees are believed to be keen on an initial loan deal with a view to a permanent move in the summer.

Whether PSG will agree to the deal is open to question, but with Zlatan Ibrahimović, Kevin Gameiro and Ezequiel Lavezzi all ahead of him in the pecking order, it seems likely he will leave France before the end of January."

This definitely sounds plausible. His current deal runs out in the summer, he's way down the pecking order so it would be best for us to try and strike a loan deal for him now and then use this time as like a trial period to see how he gets on and if we like what we see, sign him up on a free for a few years?!.

Heard this from a good source yesterday ie a share holder.
1)Lescott coming to the blues on a permanent deal (city only put down 2mill for rodwell the 8mill still owing for lescott)
2)Sinclair on 6 month loan
3)Jonny to Ajax 6.5 mill (DEAL DONE)

YOU HEARD IT HERE FIRST

I may of thought that had some legs if it wasnt for that!. City gave us £12m upfront, the rest we get in add ons which will total to £15m.

Plus, City arent selling Lescott this month, Sinclair cant go on loan as he's already played for 2 clubs this season, and i dont think Ajax have even got £6.5m to buy Heitinga back?!.
