he started off at barca, with messi, xavi and iniesta coming through, they were comfortably in the top two and real were on the way down, he still did very well and created a lasting legacy, fair play, but he had HUGE advantages, at bayern he took over the best team in europe, their only domestic competition had been picked apart, he made them worse, he's now at city and doing well, i'm full of admiration for him getting the best out of a player I love watching in John Stones, but he's not won anything yet, so everyone creaming themselves about city before they get past xmas is a little premature, plus again he has huge advantages.Do you not think he gets cherry picked because he's good mate?
Because teams know that if they give him the money he's gonna provide a title or at least trophies?
I'm not saying he isn't a top manager who has has done well, but I've more admiration for simone or jose, I'd actually say what Klopp did at dortmund was more impressive, pep hasn't re-invented the wheel, he's done well at clubs that have been in the top two financially in their leagues and had significant advantages beyond that. He's also a bellend who dresses like he's just watched green street for the first time, and has a legion of fanboys that need antagonizing at every opportunity I can find
