They’ve genuinely got so much quality in this squad, it’s it’s never going to go well whilst Gareth Southgate is charge.

Any other nation with Kane, Foden, Mount, Saka, Grealish, Henderson (purely for leadership purposes), Rashford, Bellingham and Rashford in, should walk a major tournament.

The Premier League, La Liga, Bundesliga and Serie A all end this weekend, the Portugal Primeira finishes tonight, the Eredivisie is in the midst of the playoffs for both Europe and promotion/relegation
