This is irony, right?I know it's hard for England to realize the world doesn't revolve around them
An American accusing somebody of thinking the world revolves around them.

The approach was altered, at least in part, because the other side was much better. Believe it or not two sides played the match.
Do these people realise they didnt beat us?USA were much better in the first minute? Sorry no, didn’t notice this one. What I did notice, was England setting up exactly the same as they do in the knockout stages of every tournament. Nobody running beyond Kane when he drops deep, midfielders not even attempting to get in the box, full backs refusing to overlap. Sorry if you want to believe that we went out there and had a 50/50 with you and it didn’t work, but I’ve been watching football and this England team long enough to know what I’ve seen.

Much better than Iran yesUSA were much better in the first minute? Sorry no, didn’t notice this one. England got the result the manager wanted, and he stated as such after the game.
They have a national holiday to celebrate beating us in a war. It‘s done nothing but reaffirm that they know absolutely nothing about this sport. It’s actually infuriating, like trying to explain the nuances of football to a toddler sometimes.
I'm not saying we did, I find it very weird to think a. the US wasn't decent at all and England simply didn't win because they didn't want to and b. that Phil Foden would have completely changed the entire course of the match.Do these people realise they didnt beat us?
But you have been very vocal in the past regarding Mason Mount being rubbish, yet here you are claiming his presence on the pitch wasnt a factor.I'm not saying we did, I find it very weird to think a. the US wasn't decent at all and England simply didn't win because they didn't want to and b. that Phil Foden would have completely changed the entire course of the match.

I've also said a few times that I was wrong about that. But you have been very vocal in the past regarding Mason Mount being rubbish, yet here you are claiming his presence on the pitch wasnt a factor.
Fair enough. I do think for 60 minutes England were in the fight though. They got scared by that period after halftime. No one has said that. The US were by far the better side in the game, they were the only side that showed any ambition whatsoever to try and win the game.
But you dont have any real midfielders.I've also said a few times that I was wrong about that.
The problem Mount is having is that he's been a full time forward for Chelsea for a few seasons now. He's really not a midfielder anymore and real midfielders gave him trouble yesterday.
You were decent but none of your players bar Pulisic could hit a cows arse with a banjoI'm not saying we did, I find it very weird to think a. the US wasn't decent at all and England simply didn't win because they didn't want to and b. that Phil Foden would have completely changed the entire course of the match.
