Yep. I wasn't really focussing on Ramsey to be honest, but Bale really was atrocious, a pure passenger and looked physically unfit to be on the field. Had zero impact on the game, penalty aside. Maybe if they'd have had 11 fit players on the field they wouldn't have needed a late penalty to scrape a draw.

Both understandable. The Queiroz thing seems to have been weird posturing not meant to actually benefit them.

The standard of the competition, its a shambles. Somehow iirc they've expanded this crap to 48 teams for 2026, theres going to be previous golden boot winners eclipsed in a game or two.
Its rubbish, and the people responsible have flogged the arse out of the game to the extent that it's an open goal.
